Located in Elgin, IL, Primary Healthcare, known as the Hamdard Center for Health and Human Services, is a dedicated non-profit community health center focused on enhancing the physical and emotional health of individuals and families. Our mission is rooted in providing hope, help, and healing through culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate services that cater to the needs of medically underserved populations. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, comprehensive health care that is accessible, coordinated, and community-directed. Our diverse services, including General Primary Care & Family Medicine, OB-GYN, Health Education & Nutrition, Cardiology, Immunizations & School Physicals, Immigration Physicals, and Pediatrics, are designed to support our heavily immigrant community with tailored care.
