OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Elgin, IL, is dedicated to supporting women facing the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the financial burdens associated with treatment by offering essential assistance tailored for those in need. We provide a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help with day-to-day expenses. Additionally, we facilitate access to psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions via phone with licensed professionals. We invite healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, which we process promptly as funding allows, ensuring that we can continue to support these courageous individuals during their journey.
