Patient Aid Program

Located in Elgin, IL, the Patient Aid Program is dedicated to supporting individuals facing health crises by providing essential, one-time stipends of $100 to help alleviate non-medical expenses such as transportation, food, housing, and utilities. Our mission is to ensure that financial burdens do not stand in the way of care and recovery, offering timely emergency payments to those in need. While our program’s continuation is reliant on available funding, we strive to adapt and respond to the community's needs as best as we can, making a positive impact in the lives of those affected by serious illnesses.
