MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Edwardsville, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission focuses on annual obesity screenings for every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities, ensuring that individuals are referred to appropriate weight management resources tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of support options including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home assistance. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, and we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans seeking further help in their weight loss journey.
