MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in East Saint Louis, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through personalized weight management solutions. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by annually screening for obesity and offering tailored referrals to a range of weight management services. With options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for in-home support, we meet Veterans where they are. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available for independent weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges. We invite all interested Veterans to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to begin their journey toward a healthier lifestyle.
