Full Cart, a Virtual Food Bank based in East Saint Louis, IL, is committed to delivering food assistance and emergency food resources with dignity and discretion for families experiencing food insecurity. As part of U.S. Hunger, we understand the rising challenges faced by many in our community, especially during times of crisis when the demand for food assistance surges. We strive to meet the basic nutritional needs of our neighbors and while we are working diligently to provide timely support, please be aware that wait times may extend due to the overwhelming need across the country.
