Family Support in East Saint Louis, IL, is dedicated to empowering individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families through tailored resources and compassionate assistance. Our Family Support team is committed to providing individuals with accurate information and comprehensive help at the critical time of their diagnosis. We offer a range of essential services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and guidance with Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) appeals.
