Early Head Start

Early Head Start is dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of low-income infants, toddlers, and pregnant women in East Saint Louis, IL, through a blend of early childhood education and family support. Our comprehensive program offers a variety of service options to best meet the needs of families, including Center-Based services for enriching early learning experiences, Home-Based services featuring weekly visits to support child development in a comfortable setting, and Family Child Care services that provide personalized care in a family-oriented environment. We also offer Combination services that integrate both home and center experiences. In addition to focusing on child development, our program supports families with essential resources related to nutrition, health, safety, and mental well-being.
