After School Programs

In the heart of East Saint Louis, IL, the Boys & Girls Clubs provides an enriching haven for youth ages 6 to 18, fostering creativity and engagement in a safe, structured environment after school. Our dedicated programs include after school homework assistance, tutoring, and college and career planning, combined with recreational activities and leadership skill development. We prioritize the health and well-being of our members by offering free dental and vision care alongside nutritious meals. With services spanning six core areas—Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts, as well as Sports, Fitness & Recreation—our programs are designed to empower every young person to reach their potential. Participation requires a current membership, which is available for a nominal annual fee of $25 per child, with a sliding scale to assist families in need.
