Located in Downers Grove, IL, the American Indian Health Service of Chicago is dedicated to providing essential primary and mental health care services to the American Indian population and other underserved communities. As Illinois' only Urban Indian Health Program, our mission focuses on delivering culturally sensitive and high-quality healthcare tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals at every stage of life. We offer comprehensive primary care services that include chronic disease management, women's health services, cancer screenings, physical exams, and behavioral health integration. We provide urgent care and wellness services for children and adolescents, alongside a range of support options like discounted medication through our 340B program and a sliding fee scale for self-pay patients.
