Food Pantry in Downers Grove, IL is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals facing food insecurity. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food items that support their health and well-being. We offer a variety of services, including emergency food supplies and personal care items, to help meet the basic nutritional needs of our clients. Qualified adults can schedule appointments once a month or take advantage of our walk-in services available weekly. Walk-in clients receive fresh produce, baked goods, and canned goods, while those with appointments also benefit from meat, milk, eggs, and personal items. We invite everyone in need to visit during our walk-in hours from Monday to Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Appointment hours are from Monday to Thursday, 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Thursday evenings from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., as we strive to offer compassionate and accessible support to our community.
