Support for Success

Support for Success, located in Des Plaines, IL, is a program of the African American Christian Foundation dedicated to empowering individuals in their journey towards self-sufficiency and employment. We offer a range of essential services tailored to assist participants in overcoming barriers as they transition into the workforce. Our comprehensive support includes food assistance, utility help, personal toiletries, rental aid, security deposits, and transportation costs. We also provide resources for clothing, uniforms, fee payments for work-related certifications, childcare assistance, and personalized case management. Our mission is to equip each participant with the tools they need to succeed and thrive in their new opportunities.
