Senior Services

Located in Des Plaines, IL, Senior Services is dedicated to empowering older adults and individuals with disabilities in Maine Township to live with dignity and independence. Our experienced case managers and trained volunteers provide a wide range of essential services, including case management, Medicare assistance, and enrollment in the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP). We also offer in-home support and grocery delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the help they need to thrive. Most of our senior support services are available at no cost, while select services operate on a sliding fee scale, making our programs accessible to all residents of Maine Township.
