MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Des Plaines, IL is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, as well as access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if necessary.
