Food Pantry

In the heart of Des Plaines, IL, the Food Pantry is dedicated to alleviating hunger by providing quality food assistance to individuals and families facing food insecurity. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to essential nutrition, especially during challenging times. We welcome anyone in need of emergency food support, with our doors open for distribution on Tuesday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. At the Food Pantry, we prioritize ease of access; no income verification or proof of need is required to receive food. Simply complete a straightforward registration process upon your visit. While proof of residency is necessary, we invite those outside our service area to take advantage of our one-time food assistance option. Together, we can share food and share love, working hand-in-hand to nourish our community.
