Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Dekalb, IL, is dedicated to supporting low-income women who are pregnant, recently postpartum, or breastfeeding, as well as children up to age five. Our mission is to promote healthy growth and development during critical early years by providing essential services such as nutritious food assistance, comprehensive nutrition education, and vital breastfeeding support. We strive to empower families with the knowledge and resources necessary to foster lifelong healthy habits. Additionally, WIC connects participants with referrals to other community agencies to ensure they receive holistic support tailored to their needs.
