Food Bank

Located in Dekalb, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals affected by dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and vital resources. We recognize the unique challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, and our mission is to offer a supportive solution through our range of services, including food thickeners, pre-modified food, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. By addressing both nutritional and therapeutic needs, we strive to help individuals maintain their dignity and improve their quality of life, ensuring they have access to the proper care and nourishment they deserve.
