Lexie Kraus, a licensed professional counselor with a master's degree in education, is dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding mental health. She helps individuals recognize and embrace their unique strengths and value in the world. Lexie understands that life presents challenges that can feel overwhelming, and in those moments, she serves as a compassionate partner, offering support and acceptance. With a firm belief that everyone has the potential to become their most authentic selves, she guides her clients on a journey toward self-love and wellness across all life dimensions. Lexie's passion lies in working with young people aged 15 to 25, recognizing that this is a crucial time filled with stress and anxiety. She also enjoys supporting younger adults through their 40s. By equipping her clients with essential tools and skills, and, most importantly, providing unwavering support, Lexie empowers them to navigate their current and future challenges. As a therapist, her goal is to uplift individuals, helping them realize the inner strength to become who they aspire to be on their journey towards wellness and self-acceptance.
