Our mission is to provide hope, help, and healing through culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate health care services. We aim to uplift medically underserved populations by delivering high-quality, comprehensive care that is accessible and community-directed. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are proud to offer a range of essential services including General Primary Care, OB-GYN, Health Education, Nutrition Support, Cardiology, Immunizations, School Physicals, Immigration Physicals, and Pediatrics.
