Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Crystal Lake, IL, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and up who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our virtual drop-in group meals foster a safe and supportive environment where participants can share mealtime experiences and receive guidance from our dedicated nutrition practitioners, all of whom are training to earn their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. We offer flexible meal support sessions four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, allowing individuals to attend as many times as their schedules permit. While we emphasize structured meal support, we also recognize the importance of professional crisis intervention; for urgent needs, we encourage individuals to connect with crisis services.
