MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Collinsville, IL, is dedicated to empowering Veterans to achieve and maintain healthier weights. Our mission is to provide comprehensive weight management and health promotion services tailored to the unique needs of Veterans. We screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with a variety of effective treatment options, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! which offers in-home support and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer self-management, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with medically supervised weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for individuals needing additional support.
