Shrestha Singh is a pre-licensed professional therapist dedicated to guiding individuals on their journey to wholeness, integrating mind, body, and soul. Understanding that many people feel trapped in patterns and scripts that hinder their ability to live authentically, she offers trauma-informed therapy, drawing from her background as a former spiritual director. Shrestha recognizes that past and ongoing traumas and injustices play a significant role in shaping how individuals engage with themselves and the world around them.
