Joe Dille

Dr. Joe Dille, a pre-licensed professional psychologist, understands that life can be challenging, and many people experience moments of feeling overwhelmed. In his practice, he fosters a caring and nonjudgmental environment where adolescents, adults, and families can openly discuss their lives and explore their true selves. Therapy with Dr. Dille is a collaborative process; he often sees himself as a trusted guide walking alongside his clients as they navigate their journeys. He specializes in working with young people, individuals struggling with anxiety, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. As a queer and genderfluid individual, Dr. Dille recognizes the complexity of identities and the importance of respect in understanding these intersecting aspects. With training in trauma-informed care, he offers support to survivors of difficult experiences. Dr. Dille's creative interests include gaming and Lego building, which inform his therapeutic approach, often incorporating humor to find pathways forward. He holds a PsyD from Adler University and completed his undergraduate studies at Lehigh University, with his practice rooted in Adlerian psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Joe Dille is dedicated to helping clients take that first, often hardest, step toward healing and growth.
