Diana Goldman De Zocchi

Diana Goldman de Zocchi is a highly skilled counselor with over 30 years of clinical experience in individual and couple therapy across three different countries: Argentina, Spain, and the United States. Holding both Bachelor and Master Degrees in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires, she completed four additional years of psychodynamic training at the Argentinean Psychoanalytical Association, a member of the IPA. With over a decade of experience in teaching and supervising postgraduate trainees, she currently provides supervision for fellow colleagues in private practice and serves as faculty at the China America Psychoanalytical Alliance. Specializing in the treatment of adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, phobias, bereavement, grief, acculturation challenges, post-traumatic stress, and interpersonal relationship discord, Diana adopts a clinical approach that blends psychodynamic therapy with necessary cognitive-behavioral techniques. Fluently speaking both Spanish and Portuguese, she emphasizes the importance of helping clients identify misunderstandings regarding themselves, their relationships, and their interpretation of life events. Her main goal is to assess the needs of each client individually and equip them with appropriate coping skills to alleviate emotional pain and break unhealthy repetitive patterns.
