Youth HYPE Housing Program

At the Youth HYPE Housing Program in Chicago Heights, IL, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. Our mission is to empower young individuals, ages 18-24, to take an active role in managing their housing situations and achieving lasting stability. As a dedicated entry point center within the Northwest Suburbs of Cook County, we connect clients with essential resources to prevent homelessness and navigate challenges such as eviction and foreclosure. Our comprehensive services include limited financial assistance, education on money management, and personalized career coaching to enhance job readiness. Collaborating with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, we also offer a food pantry accessible to all residents, alongside assistance with SNAP and Medicaid applications. We are committed to treating every neighbor with dignity and respect, helping them transform crises into opportunities. All our services are provided free of charge, and we warmly welcome food donations to support our community.
