Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Chicago Heights, IL, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under the age of five. As a Supplemental Nutrition Program funded by the USDA, WIC offers essential nutrition education, personalized counseling, and breastfeeding support to empower families in making healthier choices. Through our program, eligible participants receive vouchers for nutritious foods and are connected to vital social and health services, ensuring that mothers and young children thrive during these critical early years.
