Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Chicago Heights, IL, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under the age of five. Funded by the USDA, our mission is to promote healthy eating and provide vital nutrition education and support. WIC offers a range of services, including personalized nutrition counseling, breastfeeding assistance, vouchers for nutritious foods, and referrals to essential health and social services. We are here to empower families with the knowledge and resources they need to thrive.
