Disaster Relief Program

The Disaster Relief Program, based in Champaign, IL, is dedicated to supporting kidney patients in the aftermath of devastating events such as floods, hurricanes, and tornadoes. Our program offers essential financial disaster relief and grants, enabling patients to replace lost medications and special renal diet foods, secure temporary housing, cover transportation to treatment, and replace clothing and personal essentials lost during these unfortunate events.
