OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer in Carpentersville, IL. We understand the challenges these resilient individuals face, and our mission is to alleviate some of that burden by offering essential financial assistance. Our program provides a unique financial support package that includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, ensuring that patients can focus on their health without the added stress of severe expenses. Additionally, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions over the phone with licensed professionals and genetic counseling to address the needs of our patients holistically. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of their patients, and we process requests promptly, dependent on available funding. Our commitment is to empower and support women on their journey toward healing and hope.
