OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Carol Stream, IL, as they confront the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to provide essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients facing hardship. We offer a $200 financial grant, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help ease daily burdens. Additionally, our program includes psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker and genetic counseling sessions via phone, ensuring comprehensive support for our resilient clients. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which we process on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent on available funding. At OvarCare, we understand the journey through cancer treatment and are committed to providing practical assistance and compassion to those in need.
