MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Carbondale, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and receives appropriate referrals to effective weight management solutions that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, as well as access medically supervised weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those facing ongoing challenges.
