Our team of experienced case managers and volunteers offers a range of essential services, including case management, Medicare assistance, the Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP), in-home support, and grocery delivery to ensure our clients’ needs are met. Most of our senior support services are provided at no cost, with some select services available on a sliding fee scale for residents of Maine Township.
