MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Buffalo Grove, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and has access to a variety of weight management options tailored to their unique needs and preferences. This includes engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative telehealth solutions like TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers essential tools for independent weight management. Furthermore, Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight can explore additional options such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
