As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services that are accessible, coordinated, and tailored to meet the needs of our culturally diverse and immigrant population. Our extensive range of services includes General Primary Care, OB-GYN, Health Education, Nutrition, Cardiology, Immunizations, School Physicals, Immigration Physicals, and Pediatrics. Through culturally-sensitive and linguistically-appropriate care, we aim to uplift medically underserved communities by offering hope, help, and healing.
