OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program offers essential support to women battling ovarian cancer in Buffalo Grove, IL, providing them with the resources they need to focus on their health and well-being during a challenging time. Our program is dedicated to empowering resilient individuals with tailored financial assistance packages that include a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, ensuring that patients can meet their fundamental needs. In addition, we offer psycho-social counseling sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers, along with genetic counseling sessions to provide further guidance. We encourage healthcare professionals, including physicians and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of their patients. We process applications in the order they are received, dependent on available funding, so women can access the immediate assistance they deserve on their journey towards recovery.
