Food Pantry

Located in Buffalo Grove, IL, our Food Pantry is committed to providing essential food assistance to those in need, including low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and the working poor. We offer registered individuals and families of P.L.A.N a monthly box of emergency food tailored to their size and needs, along with unlimited visits for bread, bakery items, and clothing. To become part of our community support, simply fill out a one-page Declaration of Need form, and together we can help ensure that everyone has access to nutritious food and vital resources.
