MOVE! Weight Management Program

The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Bourbonnais, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and has access to personalized treatment options that cater to their unique needs and preferences.
