Health and Wellness Coaching

At Stand Beside Them, located in Bourbonnais, IL, our dedicated health and wellness coaching program is designed specifically for veterans, offering a compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to tackle the unique challenges they encounter. Our experienced coaches provide individualized support to address both external and internal issues, focusing on practical solutions that foster positive change. We cover a wide range of topics including nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual wellness. Understanding that distance or transportation can be barriers, we offer coaching sessions via Skype or telephone to ensure every veteran has access to the support they need.
