Located in Bourbonnais, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-income individuals by offering specialized resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
