Located in Bolingbrook, IL, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and specialized resources. Our mission is to ensure that those facing swallowing difficulties have access to vital supplies, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care items, and adaptive equipment.
