Family Support

Located in Bolingbrook, IL, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing essential support for individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and caregivers. Our Family Support team is here to guide families through the challenges that come with a diagnosis, offering accurate information and comprehensive resources. We provide parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning advice, as well as behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families with the application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
