Disaster Relief Program

In times of crisis, the American Kidney Fund’s Disaster Relief Program stands ready to support kidney patients in Belvidere, IL, and across areas impacted by devastating tornadoes and other disasters. Our mission is to ensure that those affected can regain stability and access vital resources. We offer financial disaster relief grants that assist with replacing lost medications, special renal diet foods, and essential clothing, as well as covering temporary housing and transportation costs to treatment.
