Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Belleville, IL, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a supportive and safe environment where participants can enjoy nourishment alongside peers who share similar experiences. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, attendees can join as often as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is guided by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring that each participant receives informed and compassionate care. While our program focuses on meal support, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate assistance through dedicated resources.
