Our mission is two-fold: we aim to equip farmers with essential knowledge and skills, ensuring they can grow food that meets American tastes and markets, while also creating opportunities for supplemental income and career development in agriculture. Many of our participants come from rich farming traditions, and we are here to connect them with the resources and technical assistance they need as they transition to farming in the United States, promoting both personal growth and community wellness.
