Located in Batavia, IL, our Short-term Rehabilitation program is dedicated to providing exceptional rehabilitative and nursing care for individuals facing mobility challenges. We focus on empowering our residents to enhance their mobility and reclaim their independence through personalized care. Our comprehensive services include short-term residential care, skilled nursing, and a range of therapies, including physical, speech, and occupational therapy. Additionally, we offer specialized support such as pain management, rehabilitation for stroke and brain injuries, diabetes education and management, as well as intravenous and nutritional therapy and wound care. The Symphony Care Network proudly accepts Medicare and Medicaid to ensure our residents receive the care they need.
