Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Batavia, IL, offers compassionate and inclusive meal support for individuals over 16 navigating recovery from eating disorders. Designed for those at the outpatient level, our program provides a safe, virtual environment to share meals with peers and receive additional support. With four daily sessions—two for lunch and two for dinner—participants can join as many times as they wish, allowing flexibility that fits their needs. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are actively training to earn their CNS certification, ensuring a professional level of guidance. While we focus on fostering a supportive meal experience, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate help through proper emergency channels.
