OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in Batavia, IL, who are navigating the challenges of ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate some of the burdens faced by these courageous individuals through a tailored financial assistance package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card. Additionally, we offer valuable psycho-social counseling sessions over the phone with licensed clinical social workers and access to genetic counseling. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients. Applications are processed in the order received, and assistance is contingent upon available funding, ensuring that we continue to uplift and empower those in need during their journey with ovarian cancer.
