MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Aurora, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to annually screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to diverse weight management services, ensuring that our Veterans can access the support they need. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows for personalized in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management independently.
