MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Alton, IL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and provide tailored referrals to our various treatment options. We offer a range of supportive resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer self-directed management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is a great fit. Additionally, we assist Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight through weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
