Full Cart, a program run by U.S. Hunger in Alton, IL, is a dedicated Virtual Food Bank committed to offering food assistance with dignity and discretion to families in need. As demand surges amid the ongoing pandemic, we strive to serve our community as quickly as possible. However, due to the increasing need for emergency food resources, wait times may extend to several months.
